I’ve watched the antics of the Powerball with much amusement. Sure, it would be wonderful to have a portion of the jackpot, but all of it? No way! That much money scares me. Such a responsibility. When I think of my ship coming in, I see it as more of a good opportunity than as money. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to share my books with you, and for that I’m very thankful. So I guess my ship has come in.
We live in such exciting times. Technology is continuing to advance, giving all of us new opportunities. No longer do we have to put up with three or four network television stations. Music is delivered over the internet. I can have chats with my friends in Australia, New Zealand, Norway, and the UK. I feel very blessed with this and don’t take it for granted. Did I ever in my wildest imaginings think that my books would be delivered electronically? No, but they are.
What is your ship, and how far out is it? I have a glass ship submerged in rye whiskey - or pickled as The Red Pen pointed out. It’s okay. After a full day of writing, I may be a little pickled too.
For those interested in submitting questions for our next podcast, feel free to send them to alexieaaronbiz@gmail.com. This podcast’s subject is the book Ghostly Attachments, but I will answer any other questions too, such as when the next “Haunted Series” book will be released. It is titled A Rose by Any Other Name and is the 18th full novel of the series.
