It is my pleasure to announce the release of The Wages of Cin, the fourth book of the Cin Fin-Lathen Mysteries series, on Amazon Kindle. After receiving so many requests to continue the series I pondered what to write about in the next book. I waited for the muse to hit, because I didn’t’ want to push it, I wanted to write the right book. The idea for this cozy came to me while listening to Beauty in Disrepair the newest solo album by Emerson Hart of Tonic. I wanted to take my readers on a journey of a woman caught up in the romance of the return of her favorite band. It was a pleasure to revisit Cin Fin-Lathen. I got caught up in her adventures, writing sometimes into the wee hours of the morning.

Tut came to us via aircraft. He was contained on a large piece of rolled up papyrus. The beautifully crafted artist’s rendition of King Tutankhamun’s death mask was bought as a souvenir by my husband after he had toured the great pyramids. I was so pleased with the beautiful colors and level of artistry that we made plans to have it framed and hung on the wall of our living room when we could afford it. In the meanwhile, he lay on top of the table in the formal dining room.

It all started with me wanting a certain look in my living room. The house was full of windows and light. The wood was painted white and looked fresh next to the newly-painted living room walls.
